Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 apple
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, vegetarian

All smoothie ingredients are placed in a blender and blended. However, you can also add the ingredients individually for a more smooth blend. If desired, you can add ice and other fruits, such as oranges, to the smoothie.
