Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 ¼ kg gyros meat
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 2 cans of mixed vegetables (Mexico vegetables)
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce, 250 g
  • 3 packs of soup (onion soup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 25 minutes

Brown the gyro and mix it with 3 cups of cream. Let it sit overnight. The next day, add the remaining ingredients. Cook everything in the oven at approximately 200°C for 1.5 to 2 hours. Add a little sour cream to taste.
