Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 30 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp oil (linseed oil)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 liter of water, cold

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a standard blender. The water should be cold (otherwise the oats will become slimy), then blend on high for about 2 minutes. Let it sit briefly (about 10 minutes), then blend on moderate speed for another 1 minute. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and collect the liquid. Tastes simply delicious well chilled.
