Let the water cool for two minutes to reach about 80°C. Now add the green tea to the mixture of water, lemon zest, and mint and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Pour the tea mixture into a teapot, sweeten with cane sugar to taste, and let it cool. Once the tea has cooled, squeeze the lemons and add them to the mixture.
