Horseradish mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (jar)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes, drain, and mash with a hand mixer. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the milk, horseradish, and seasonings. Stir in the mashed potatoes a spoonful at a time with a whisk. Serve while still hot. Serve with sauerkraut, blood sausage, and liver sausage.
