Hot chocolate with marshmallows

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, dark
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 marshmallows

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Here’s how: Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat it in a saucepan with the milk and sugar, stirring constantly, over medium heat until the chocolate is melted. Meanwhile, first cut the marshmallows in half lengthwise, then cut out the shapes with mini cookie cutters. Pour the hot chocolate into two tall glasses and place a few of the cut-out marshmallows into each glass.
