Hot fig with natural yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp, heaped honey
  • ½ tbsp water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 fig(s), fresh
  • 150 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A sophisticated, quick, tasty and, thanks to the natural yogurt, not too heavy dessert.

Heat the honey, water, cinnamon, and sugar in a pan or saucepan until the sugar is liquid. Meanwhile, wash the figs, remove the stems, and cut into eighths. Add the fig pieces to the liquid and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until the liquid turns light red, turning the fig pieces several times. Let the fig pieces and liquid cool briefly, then serve with the natural yogurt.
