Poor Knight with Vanilla Sour Cream

  • 8 piece Eggs
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 4 Discs Toast
  • 100 g Butter
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 8 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
