Ingredients
 

  • 8 piece Eggs
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 4 Discs Toast
  • 100 g Butter
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 8 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and stir in a bowl. One after the other, add the cream, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and four tablespoons of sugar.
  • Dip the bread slices in the mixture and let them soak so that they soak up the liquid. Put butter in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides and cut into strips.
  • In the meantime, mix the sour cream with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, four tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • Arrange the bread with the vanilla sour cream on plates. Finished!
