Ingredients
- 8 piece Eggs
- 400 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- 4 Discs Toast
- 100 g Butter
- 400 g Sour cream
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and stir in a bowl. One after the other, add the cream, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and four tablespoons of sugar.
- Dip the bread slices in the mixture and let them soak so that they soak up the liquid. Put butter in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides and cut into strips.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, four tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Arrange the bread with the vanilla sour cream on plates. Finished!
