very refreshing in the heat

Place green tea leaves in a tea bag (nylon or paper) and pour cold water over them in a teapot. Steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then remove the tea bag. Serve chilled. Note: For iced tea, cold infusion is better than brewing the tea hot and then cooling it. This method prevents it from becoming bitter. The result tastes delicious and refreshing, even without sugar, honey, or other sweeteners. If desired, the tea can be mixed with fruit juice. Important! Make sure the tea is of good quality. I always use premium Japanese Sencha. Also, pay attention to the quality of the water. Filter if necessary.
