- 1 pear(s)
- 1 large papaya
- 300 g pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 200 g peach(s) (fresh or canned)
- 1 mango(s)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 750 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions

from pear, papaya, pineapple, peach, mango, orange
The specified amount is sufficient for 6-8 small jars. Peel and chop the fruit, then heat it in a saucepan with the juice and preserving sugar. Stir occasionally. After a few minutes, puree the fruit and continue simmering until the mixture sets. While still hot, pour into cold, rinsed jars, seal immediately, and place the lids on.
