Jurassic Park World Dinosaur Fossil Cookies with Nutella

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 160g Nutella
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Only 4 ingredients & no cookie cutter

Mix the flour, butter, and Nutella with a mixer. Then sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and carefully roll out the dough to flatten it, as it will have a slightly crumbly consistency before baking. If necessary, let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes beforehand to make it easier to work with. Instead of a cookie cutter, use a homemade stencil: You can see how I made this on my YouTube channel. Place the cardboard stencil on the dough and trace the outline with a knife. Repeat until the surface is covered with dinosaurs. Then, carefully using a spatula, place the cookies on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Let cool, and in the meantime, slowly mix the icing sugar with water until thick. Don’t use too much water, or the icing will run. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and paint the bones on according to the template.
