Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml Curacao
  • 500 ml passion fruit juice
  • 8 kiwis
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, semi-dry (e.g. Kellergeister)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Peel the kiwis, cut them into small cubes, and infuse them with Curacao. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, if desired. To make the kiwi punch, pour the mixture over passion fruit juice and sparkling wine and serve well chilled.
