Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tsp black tea
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 5 carnations
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ½ orange(s), peeled in a spiral

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil 3/4 liter of water with the cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel, remove from the heat, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then bring the spiced water back to a boil. Place the tea leaves in a teapot, pour over the boiling spiced water, add the lemon and orange juice, and let it steep for a good 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve with sugar and fruit.
