Leek Soup

The perfect leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Poles Leek
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 500 ml Meatsoup
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 100 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 250 g Minced meat mixed and seasoned
  1. Wash the leek in rings, peel the onion into cubes and fry in a saucepan with hot fat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, dust the flour over it and let it sweat.
  3. Deglaze the whole thing with the white wine and then pour in the broth. Bring to the boil
  4. Mix the cream with the cream cheese, stir into the soup and simmer covered for 15 minutes
  5. In the meantime, form small balls out of the minced meat and fry all around in a pan with hot fat
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper and add the balls
  7. I roasted some toast in the remaining roast fat and then served it with the soup.
