Leek Soup
The perfect leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Poles Leek
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 100 ml White wine
- 500 ml Meatsoup
- 50 ml Cream
- 100 g Herbal cream cheese
- 250 g Minced meat mixed and seasoned
- Wash the leek in rings, peel the onion into cubes and fry in a saucepan with hot fat.
- Season with salt and pepper, dust the flour over it and let it sweat.
- Deglaze the whole thing with the white wine and then pour in the broth. Bring to the boil
- Mix the cream with the cream cheese, stir into the soup and simmer covered for 15 minutes
- In the meantime, form small balls out of the minced meat and fry all around in a pan with hot fat
- Season the soup with salt and pepper and add the balls
- I roasted some toast in the remaining roast fat and then served it with the soup.
