Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g liver(s) (pork)
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 50 g ham, finely chopped
  • 500 ml meat broth
  • 50 ml cream
  • e.g. garlic, chopped
  • some flour for dusting
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions, dice them, and fry until translucent. Add the mushrooms and garlic and fry lightly. Wash the liver (I usually use pork), cut it into cubes or strips, and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the ham and fry briefly again. Dust with flour and deglaze with meat broth. Add cream to taste. Serve with potatoes or spaetzle. Tip: You can also add peas and carrots, but they should already be cooked.
