Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s meat sausage, (Lyoner)
- 150 g cheese (Gouda) in slices
- 200g bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
from the pan
Remove the skin from the Lyoner sausage and frequently slash it crosswise. Cut the cheese into small slices and place them in these slits. Wrap the bacon tightly around the sausage and secure with toothpicks. Fry in a pan until crispy. Serve with French fries and salad.
