Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great for children, very light and juicy

Drain the mandarins thoroughly. Beat the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour with the cornstarch, baking powder, and pudding powder, and stir in the milk. Carefully fold in the mandarins. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 60 minutes. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar. It’s also delicious with peaches or cherries.
