Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 mangoes, ripe
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
- Salt
- cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grill/fondue sauce
Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Place the flesh in a blender with olive oil and puree. Peel the garlic and press it into a puree. Wash the chili pepper, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely dice it. Mix it into the puree and season with salt and cane sugar. Pairs well with grilled veal skewers.
