Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g yogurt 0.1%
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp syrup (elderflower syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

served with red fruit compote or other fruits

Mix all ingredients until the sugar is incorporated. Then season with elderflower syrup. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the vanilla and elderflower aromas to develop. Serve with homemade red fruit compote or sugared strawberries/raspberries. You can also add a dash of Amaretto to the cream. However, in this case, it should not be served to children.
