Olive, Spelled and Honey Bread / Rolls

- 250 g Wheat flour type 550
- 250 g Spelled flour type 630
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cube Fresh yeast
- * Dissolve fresh yeast with sugar in lukewarm water and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
