Olive, Spelled and Honey Bread / Rolls

  • 250 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 250 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 250 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cube Fresh yeast
  1. * Dissolve fresh yeast with sugar in lukewarm water and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
