Meatballs with peanut crisps

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • onion(s), finely chopped
  • Mustard
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp peanut crisps, ground
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • marjoram
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, form meatballs and fry in hot fat or oil.
