Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g ricotta
- 1 onion(s), red
- 6 tomatoes, dried
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 4 bread(s) (crispbread or other bread/pastries)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion, then set aside. Dice the tomatoes, mix with the ricotta, add the onions, mix in the herbs, and season with a little salt and pepper. Now you can spread the cream on crispbread or other types of bread. I’ve even spread it on hot baked potatoes.
