Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 5 milk slices
  • 260 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 90 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin well. Scrape the white mixture from the milk slices and cut the rest into small pieces. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and milk slice pieces. In a second bowl, beat the egg, sugar, butter, honey, milk slice mixture, and milk until frothy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
