Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 handful of parsley, chopped (also freeze-dried)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 shallot(s), diced
- 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 tbsp oil

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Crack the egg and add the contents to the meat. Knead thoroughly and add salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the parsley and knead everything thoroughly to ensure the meat is evenly seasoned. Knead the diced shallot into the meat. Then drizzle in the vegetable stock and finally add the oatmeal so that the meat can be easily shaped without falling apart. Heat the oil in a pan. Form the meat mixture into equal-sized patties and fry in the pan over medium heat for about half an hour on each side. Be careful, they will shrink slightly!
