Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), as desired
  • 1 jar cucumber(s) (gherkins)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Mustard
  • 500 g potatoes
  • Parsley, fresh
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a large pan, chop the onions, and add them. Once everything is well browned, add the finely chopped gherkins and let them warm up briefly. Then add the cup of cream, mustard, and seasonings to taste. Boil the potatoes first, then dice them. Fry these cubes in a second pan to make potato rösti. Finally, combine everything in the first pan and sprinkle with plenty of freshly chopped parsley.
