Minced turtles on a bed of spinach

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 8 sausages (ham sausages from the jar)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated
  • 500 g spinach, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Place the ground beef in a bowl, season with the spices, and form into three turtle patties. Halve the ham sausages and place two pieces in the back for the legs, two in the front for the legs, and one half in the middle for the head. Place 1 tablespoon of grated cheese on each turtle patty. Place the three turtles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 175°C (convection oven) for 40-45 minutes. Place the spinach in a pan and heat through. Arrange the finished turtles on top.
