Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cup(s) oat flakes, fine
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g walnuts, approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mug cakes, simple and delicious

Mix all ingredients and fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the dough into a deep baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for approximately 30 minutes on the middle rack. Once cooled, cut into cubes.
