Oatmeal before exercise

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) or any conventional milk
  • 70 ml water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate drops from Xucker

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Use a microwave-safe container for this recipe. The microwave should be set to 600 watts. Combine the oatmeal with the liquid ingredients, stir in the erythritol, and add the cinnamon. Add the chocolate drops either before or after heating in the microwave. Microwave everything for 2 minutes at 600 watts. Use the splash guard to allow the heat to accumulate. This recipe is a pre-workout recipe, ideal for consuming before exercise. It provides incredible energy, but don’t expect a binge! I’ve also eaten it for breakfast. Xucker’s chocolate drops are sugar-free and melt just like regular chocolate.
