Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 sheets of white gelatin
  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 400 g quark
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 orange(s), untreated, juice and peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Whisk the yogurt with the quark, sugar, and orange zest until frothy. Heat the orange juice and dissolve the squeezed-out gelatin in it. Let it cool and stir it into the quark mixture. Pour into glasses and let it set in the refrigerator. Serve with fruit of your choice.
