Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 120 g butter, lightly salted
  • 160 g sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 10 Oreo cookies

In a mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, room-temperature butter, and sugar until combined into a creamy dough. Then stir in the flour. Place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them with a wooden spoon. Carefully fold the crushed Oreos into the batter. Cover the bowl with the finished dough with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the cooled dough into small balls and, using a spoon, form them into cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. The cookies will still be soft on the inside and will only harden as they cool. Let cool on a wire rack for at least 5 minutes.
