Pear and gooseberry jam in the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g gooseberries
  • 200 g pear(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 700 g gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the gooseberries and remove the stems. Peel the pear and cut into small pieces. Place the gooseberries and pears in the Thermomix and blend on speed 5 until the desired consistency is reached. If you want more chunks, blend for less time. Add the gelling sugar and a dash of lemon juice. Cook the jam at 100°C for 15 minutes on speed 3. Once cooked, immediately pour into the prepared jars and unscrew the lids to create a vacuum.
