Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 small onion(s), peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the bell peppers, deseed them, and slice them into thin strips. Make a sweet and sour dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix it with the bell pepper strips. Let it marinate well.
