Pork fillet with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil or fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into even medallions and flatten lightly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear briefly and keep warm. Deglaze the roasting pan with cream, add the cheese, and stir until dissolved. Stir in about 1 tablespoon of mustard. Simmer until creamy. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, pour over the sauce, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
