Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 120 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Instructions

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread half of the crème fraîche on top. Finely grate the potatoes and arrange them in a brick-like pattern on the dough. Season with salt and pepper, and spread the remaining crème fraîche over the dough. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 20 minutes.
