Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g quinoa
- 40 g oat flakes
- Spelt, puffed
- Amaranth, puffed
- 200 ml fruit yogurt or natural yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- 8 strawberries
- 1 apple
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, cook the quinoa in 180 ml of water for 5 minutes. Add the oats and additional water as needed, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare two bowls. Pour the spelt and amaranth into the bowls as a base. Divide the cooked quinoa among the bowls. Then add the yogurt. Finally, slice the banana, chop the strawberries into small pieces, and add the grated apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
