Pumpkin and vegetable pan with mettenden

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 pumpkin(s), small to medium-sized
  • 3 m.-sized sweet potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 Mettenden
  • 100 ml cooking cream, approx.
  • 1 tsp vegetable seasoning mix
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 51 minutes

Cut the vegetables into bite-sized cubes and the onion into half rings. Briefly fry the onion in a large pan and braise it slightly, then add the chopped vegetables and cook with the lid on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the Mettenden sausages and add them to the pan with the vegetables. After 10 minutes, add about 100 ml of cooking cream and season with the vegetable seasoning and a little pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, then season to taste and serve.
