Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 shallots or small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese (granulated cream cheese)
- 3 tbsp oil (pumpkin seed oil)
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely dice the shallots and garlic. Mix with the crème fraîche, cottage cheese, and pumpkin seed oil. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds and fold them in. Tastes best with fresh bread, but also as a dip, for example, with boiled potatoes.
