Quick and easy gingerbread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g honey, slightly warmed
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of gingerbread spice
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder, instant
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml milk
  • some almonds, whole, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine flour, baking powder, gingerbread spice, sugar, and cocoa. Slowly add the slightly warmed, liquid honey, oil, and milk to the mixture. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and top with whole almonds if desired. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes. After baking, let everything cool completely and cut into small pieces. Decorate with chocolate or something similar, if desired. You can also divide the mixture between two baking sheets and use them as plates for witch’s houses.
