Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 jars of plums (395g drained weight)
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter (melted and cooled)
- 100 g almond(s), ground
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 3 tsp, heaped baking powder
- Cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Sheet cake
Drain the plums thoroughly in a sieve and place them on kitchen paper. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a batter. Spread the batter onto a prepared baking sheet (30x40cm) and arrange the plums on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted) for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Best served the same day with whipped cream.
