Quickly's Cherry Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 small head of sour cherries
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Bring the water and the cherries and their juice to a boil. Using a little water, form the flour into small lumps and add it to the boiling cherries. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then let it cool and refrigerate. A wonderfully refreshing dessert is ready.
