Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.1 liters of milk
- 250 g rice pudding
- 80 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the milk, sugar, and rice pudding in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Wrap the pan in a newspaper, then a wool blanket, and finally the duvet. After 1 hour, stir the rice pudding and wrap it again. After 1.5 to 2 hours, the rice pudding is ready in bed. After 1.5 hours, it will still have a bit of a bite; after 2 hours, it will be quite soft. Serve with cinnamon and sugar, or with dried fruit or warm cherries.
