Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice
- 2 bell peppers, red and green, finely diced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 125 g cooked ham, finely diced
- 1 can/n tangerine(s), plus half of the juice
- 250 g salad cream (Miracel Whip) or mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Cook rice in salted water until tender. Then stir in all other ingredients and let it simmer for a while. Season to taste before serving. Note: If you don’t have soy sauce, you can substitute it with a 1:1 mixture of Maggi and sherry.
