Rice salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g rice (long grain rice)
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g smoked salmon or trout
  • ½ cup dill, finely chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

also tastes very good with smoked trout

Cook rice in salted water, drain, and let cool. Cut smoked salmon into thin strips. Mix mayonnaise and crème fraîche. Add to the rice, stir in the dill, and finally add the salmon. Mix gently and add a little more salt if desired. Now everything goes into the refrigerator (please cover)! It’s also recommended for a cold buffet.
