Salad: Beetroot Salad

The perfect salad: beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Boiled beetroot
  • 3 El Chopped walnuts
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 Red onion
  • 100 g Turkish garlic sausage
  • 1 El Chopped sour cucumber
  • 0,5 Tl Red peppercorns
  • 1 El Majo,
  • 1 El Cream / sour cream 30% fat
  1. Cut the beetroot into small cubes
  2. Peel off the hard-boiled eggs and also cut them into small pieces
  3. Cut the sausage and onion into small cubes
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir in the majo and sour cream. Season to taste and possibly add a little lemon juice. But that’s a matter of taste. Since the sausage is very spicy, I don’t have to add any salt. Let it steep for about an hour.
