Salad: Beetroot Salad
The perfect salad: beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Boiled beetroot
- 3 El Chopped walnuts
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Red onion
- 100 g Turkish garlic sausage
- 1 El Chopped sour cucumber
- 0,5 Tl Red peppercorns
- 1 El Majo,
- 1 El Cream / sour cream 30% fat
- Cut the beetroot into small cubes
- Peel off the hard-boiled eggs and also cut them into small pieces
- Cut the sausage and onion into small cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir in the majo and sour cream. Season to taste and possibly add a little lemon juice. But that’s a matter of taste. Since the sausage is very spicy, I don’t have to add any salt. Let it steep for about an hour.
