Salmon patties

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 4 slice(s) salmon, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • salt and pepper, pepper
  • 36 small puff pastry pies (mini) for filling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the first three ingredients, then add the salmon. Blend and mix with a hand blender, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the small pies. It tastes delicious and is quick to prepare. Ideal for guests.
