Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g shell pasta, small
- Salt
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 dash of tomato ketchup
- some tomato paste
- 1 tbsp spice mix (mozzarella-tomato spice mix)
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, heat a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells for about 8 minutes until al dente, so they still have a bite. Meanwhile, heat a small pot of cream, stir in the tomato ketchup, add a little tomato paste, and mix everything well. Then stir a tablespoon of the mozzarella and tomato seasoning mix into the tomato cream. Divide the pasta among plates and pour the sauce over the pasta shells. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
