Shortcrust Biscuits / Cookies
The perfect shortcrust biscuits / cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Biomargarine (e.g. Alsan bio or Naturli)
- 50 ml Oat milk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Icing sugar
- 2 Knife point Cardamom (ground, optional)
- 400 g Spelled flour
- Knead a smooth, malleable dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out, cut out, bake (approx. 6 min. At 175 ° C convection oven).
