  • ¼ liter of water, ice-cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshing drink for the summer

Squeeze the lemon and squeeze the juice (depending on the total amount) into a large glass or carafe. Fill with ice-cold water and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and serve. Notes: The amount of sugar and water may vary from the quantities above depending on your taste and the size of the lemons. If the taste is too bland, add a little more lemon juice and perhaps sugar. If the drink is too acidic, add a little more water. If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the amount of sugar. If the drink is not kept in the refrigerator, we recommend adding ice cubes.
