Smoked Salmon Cream
The perfect smoked salmon cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- Dill
- Worcester sauce
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the smoked salmon very finely or puree in a blender. Chop the dill into small pieces or use frozen dill (;-)). Mix everything with the crème fraîche (I had crème leisurely) and season with lemon juice, Worcester sauce and pepper.
- Let it steep for at least 3 hours, only then season with salt, if you like, because the smoked salmon usually brings enough salt with it.
