Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100g spaghetti
- 200 g smoked tofu
- ½ bottle of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 75 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, optional

This vegan sauce is made in less than 10 minutes and is great for a small appetite
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Crumble the smoked tofu with a fork and fry in hot oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Add the plant-based cream and plant-based milk, cover, and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Just before the spaghetti is ready, season the sauce with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thin, thicken with nutritional yeast, if desired. It’s quite filling and delicious! Tip: In addition to binding, the nutritional yeast also adds flavor to the sauce, so I recommend adding a little, even if it’s not absolutely necessary for the consistency.
